The Peak Condition Project - Todd

Wednesday, July 21, 2010. The T 7 Final Post. First of all, thanks to Patrick and Chen. PCP's been a great experience and I certainly feel I met my goal of getting into good shape. Some observations after 1 week off the diet:. Most restaurant food is more of a sauce than a food. What I mean is it's generally full of fat and has no fiber whatsoever. I actually doggie-bagged the main course from a local restaurant and spread it on bread at home. You can pack a thick steak sandwich. Wednesday, July 14, 2010.

The Peak Condition Project - Todd: Back in San Francisco, stats update

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-todd.blogspot.com/2010/07/back-in-san-francisco-stats-update.html

Saturday, July 3, 2010. Back in San Francisco, stats update. After a week moving, guessing weights, substituting exercises and food, and a massive indulgence, I was afraid I'd done quite a lot of damage to my PCP. Fortunately, the scale shows that I maintained my weight, lost fat, gained muscle. Thank goodness! Now let's finish this thing properly! July 3, 2010 at 9:19 PM. Family moved, new life ready to start, WITH a badass body! July 3, 2010 at 11:23 PM. Heres to some impressive accomplishments!

The Peak Condition Project - Todd: Nearing the end

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-todd.blogspot.com/2010/07/nearing-end.html

Monday, July 12, 2010. Wow this is getting tough, isn't it? Anyway, some comments on the final week:. Having the family here makes it nearly impossible to be strict with this thing like I had been. No worries, comes with the territory. On the other hand, I love. The influence this is having on my daughters. Maya, my 4 year old who has terrible gastointestinal troubles and generally refuses to eat veggies, LOVES. July 13, 2010 at 10:14 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The T 7 Final Post.

The Peak Condition Project - Todd: May 2010

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-todd.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html

Monday, May 31, 2010. A grain of salt. Today the nytimes is running an article about the processed food industry's latest efforts to avoid being regulated. Specifically over salt in their products. I see a parallel with something I've noticed for many years in the financial industry. Technically it's called the fallacy of composition. In the case of industry regulation of salt, what I think everyone is missing is that people have. Of course if federal regulators were to pass some law that makes your.

The Peak Condition Project - Todd: Done!

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-todd.blogspot.com/2010/07/done.html

Wednesday, July 14, 2010. Will post more thoughts later, after the final morning weigh-in. But first, a quick horribly-low light before and after:. Congrats to my group (you all look amazing! And best of luck to the new team. Stick with it! July 15, 2010 at 12:17 AM. Especially having to deal with the move. July 15, 2010 at 6:05 AM. Yeah, dude, you worked it out, literally. Very nice! July 15, 2010 at 6:54 AM. Wow, big changes! July 15, 2010 at 3:04 PM. Awesome work, man-congrats! The T 7 Final Post.

The Peak Condition Project - Todd: April 2010

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-todd.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html

Thursday, April 29, 2010. Breakfast: veggie-scrambled egg (finally polished off the beets. Yeah). Lunch: Daikon (steamed in remaining turkey stock), cucumber, canned salmon, rice and some bread. Dinner: Hmmm. Had dinner with a coworker at a restaurant. A Mexican restaurant. I know, what am I doing eating Mexican on PCP, eh? The result looked PCP friendly and I figured I'd be ok- but I left feeling it just as much as one would normally expect from such a place. No more of that! Wednesday, April 28, 2010.

The Peak Condition Project - Brett: June 2010

http://thepeakconditionproject-brett.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html

Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Has anyone else noticed. That the more you get into shape, the harder it is to sit in a chair for 8-10 hours, and the worse you feel afterwards? I don't think I'm just imagining this. Tuesday, June 29, 2010. The inferno has ended, both inside and outside. New exhaust motor for the AC unit is in place and seems to be working. Still deciding on Indulgence: Part Trois, but I'm thinking Moroccan (Bastilla! Off to burn it up, PCP-style. Monday, June 28, 2010. The diet goes well, desp...

http://thepeakconditionproject-jason.blogspot.com/2010/07/day-86-accentuate-positive.html

Friday, July 9, 2010. Day 86: Accentuate the positive. Struck down by the PCP gods for lambasting my doorman (for simply doing his job), I understand that with only 4 days left there is no room for negativity. I did my jumprope penance (see pics). Onwards and upwards! Only 4 more days to go. I'm expecting some sort of an epiphany.I'm also expecting the last remnants of my belly to disappear, maybe I should start jumping 3x a day? July 9, 2010 at 8:01 AM. Now stop whipping yourself already!

The Peak Condition Project - Jason: Day 78: Devo

http://thepeakconditionproject-jason.blogspot.com/2010/07/day-78-devo.html

Thursday, July 1, 2010. The PCP gods are cruel. After complaining the other day that the marks had faded, this morning jumping I helped myself to a fresh, new, hearty flagellation, check it out. Ooooooh yeah, hard core! We've talked about this before (I love talking about it), but MAN am I gassy! More than before, though not sure why, my diet has not changed. Maybe its because my pants are too loose, and I'm wearing my belt too tight? Team SEXAAAAY, how does it feel to be the wiley veterans? Does this me...

Let me count the ways.did not come close to Brett's 4:03 Plank. The first set was about 3;30, the other 4 were between 2:00-3:00. V-sits were all between 20-30 reps. July 11, 2010 at 9:05 AM. The Peak Condition Project - Mikhael: 1 Year!

http://thepeakconditionproject-mikhael.blogspot.com/2011/04/1-year.html

Tuesday, April 26, 2011. Well, we're 13 days past the 1 year anniversary of me starting the Peak Condition Project. My life would be so much different now without it. Although I have to say, life can really get in the way of the road to peak condition, and a felled tree of that size can be a mighty pain to move. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Wednesday, May 12, 2010. Where there is an end there is a beginning. Long time now since i posted something. This week has been strange, both good and bad. Im starting to get tired of my diet, and found myself being uninspired and bored. Bad thing really, becouse it makes bad habits sneek up on you. Yea I have been a naughty. Girl So. Father I have sinned. I ate a bowl of sugared popcorn, and binged in on the sweet stuff. Gluttony, lust and frenzy. So to the skipping rope. We have about 5 different sp...

Thursday, July 1, 2010. So i have not updated for a while (as usual). I have been completly stressed out with new job, school and moving, so my ability to do pcp has been dwindeling. At the moment im also without internet. As of said before , im very happy with the results I have seen so far, and I know they would have been even more if I had been able to stick to it theese last weeks. So Im back on the plan today, just to finish and do the last two weeks. July 1, 2010 at 4:09 PM. July 1, 2010 at 4:19 PM.

Sunday, June 20, 2010. I CAN BELIEVE 10 DAYS HAVE PASSED! It feels like a small week. Im still doing pcp, but it has been a bumpy ride. I had my exam, and the days before stayed up 28 hours without no sleep. I have not been able to do all the exercises, But I have not given up. I am seeing massive changes on my body from pcp, things are def on the good side, so that motivates me. The vanity motivates me. June 21, 2010 at 4:23 AM. Crank it up Maren, only 22 days left! Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Like Jenny, I want that COMPLETE stamp! Time to wrap it up. To say that I've tried to readopt some of my old habits, just to see what it's like, and I really, really. Don't want to eat the way I used to eat anymore. I think it's going to be so much easier because I'm not trying to enforce some external "ideal" of what I "should" eat, but I'm going to be eating what I actually want. My delight is somewhat tempered because I still have some work to do - I don't look at my final pi...

Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Sorry I have been MIA in blogging! Since my last trip, things have been nonstop with the twins and daily maintenance, but I always tried to fit my exercises in and follow the diet as best as I can! Looking back at the past 90 days, how time flies! When Patrick asked us to pick any workout from Week 1 or 2 for our Day 90 workout, I thought to myself: "That's it? That's our Day 90 workout? Sunday, 23 November 2008. Actually, I waited another week before trying to get my thoughts in order and make a few comments. Well, in terms of weight loss and discipline, this was spectacularly successful. I went from 92kg to 79kg without feeling weak in any way. I was able to follow the instructions without feeling huge hunger pangs. the weight loss was very dramatic, nearly all in the first month or so. And I lapsed from the diet very rarely, only occasionally nibbling on something that was off limits.

Thursday, July 14, 2011. Day 90 finally arrived. So here we are, day 90 has arrived and we have finally finished, who would have thought what changes can happen during that time. It was not as hard as l thought it would have been, what was needed was dedication, termination and will power, although reading some of my blogs there where times l was having doubt, (mainly due to starting a new job and have irregular hours). Tuesday, December 7, 2010. December 7th a bump in the road. My trip to Baltimore was flawless - however - my return home was a very slow turn to the dark side. The last three months had been a really interesting experience, so I'll see if I can do a brief recap of it. When I went hiking with friends etc I would actually be falling behind.
