http://www.thepeakconditionproject-jason.blogspot.com/2010/07/day-89-whoa-whoa-whoa-slow-dooooown.html

Sunday, July 11, 2010. Day 89: WHOA WHOA WHOA slow dooooown! As I sit here typing at my desk in Tokyo, it is 15:34 JST on Mon 12-Jul-10, DAY 89 of Team Running Rats' PCP. Someone got a little ahead of themselves and moved us from Active PCPers to Recently Complete on the PCP home page status bar. I'M NOT READY! July 12, 2010 at 12:11 AM. Yeah its glitchy. Working on a fix. July 12, 2010 at 2:38 AM. July 12, 2010 at 4:27 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). What IS The Peak Condition Project?

The Peak Condition Project - Jason: Day 84: Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-jason.blogspot.com/2010/07/day-84-zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.html

Wednesday, July 7, 2010. Really quiet/boring day at work. On days like today I get reeeeally hungry, find myself counting down the minutes in between meals and snacks.these are those dangerous snacking times, but as long as we stick to fruits and veggies, snack away, as Patrick says. That's the news, and I am outta here. July 7, 2010 at 7:58 AM. Stay strong, healthy snacker. Sorry to hear about your shoulder. Be happy this was only jumps day! July 7, 2010 at 5:42 PM. http://www.thepeakconditionproject-jason.blogspot.com/2010/07/day-85-first-of-last-set-of.html

Thursday, July 8, 2010. Day 85: the first of the last set of exercises.sniff sniff. But enough about that.on to the good stuff:. Shoulders: big day today. Frist of all, my aching left shoulder was totally fine (as Obi-wan said, working out makes the sore muscles feel better). Second of all, this was probably the toughest, most burnaliscious shoulder workout I have had yet. Third of all, my shoulders are HUGE, freaklishly so. Gas: still have it, lots of it. July 8, 2010 at 6:15 AM. Your meal looks awesome.

The Peak Condition Project - Jason: Day 78: Devo

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-jason.blogspot.com/2010/07/day-78-devo.html

Thursday, July 1, 2010. The PCP gods are cruel. After complaining the other day that the marks had faded, this morning jumping I helped myself to a fresh, new, hearty flagellation, check it out. Ooooooh yeah, hard core! We've talked about this before (I love talking about it), but MAN am I gassy! More than before, though not sure why, my diet has not changed. Maybe its because my pants are too loose, and I'm wearing my belt too tight? Team SEXAAAAY, how does it feel to be the wiley veterans? Does this me...

The Peak Condition Project - Jason: Day 89: Homework

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-jason.blogspot.com/2010/07/day-89-homework.html

Monday, July 12, 2010. Supersets: these past couple of workouts I can really feel and see the difference, my muscles seem to be kicking into overdrive. In general the people at my gym seem to be in pretty good shape and many of their workouts vaguely resemble something that might get the PCP stamp of approval. But I think a more important quesiton is how do they feel? July 12, 2010 at 5:05 AM. Ooooh, deep thoughts by Jason F., very exciting! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Day 90 (b): COMPLETE. The Kung Fu Body - Renfield: git some!

http://thekungfubody-renfield.blogspot.com/2010/12/git-some.html

Thursday, December 9, 2010. Did my weekly workout with Patrick: awesomeness. Knocked out the first set of 10 pull-ups easy, the next 10 doable, and the last 10 to utter failure. Words cannot describe the awesomeness of a solid core. Past couple weeks I have been walking to and from work; 45 minutes each way. Tonight I walked home (munching on a baked sweet potato), after running 3 klicks and doing my KFB workout at the gym. Yup" he replied. " Day 85. Thought so. I'm KFB.". December 9, 2010 at 3:56 AM.

The Peak Condition Project - Brett: June 2010

http://thepeakconditionproject-brett.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html

Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Has anyone else noticed. That the more you get into shape, the harder it is to sit in a chair for 8-10 hours, and the worse you feel afterwards? I don't think I'm just imagining this. Tuesday, June 29, 2010. The inferno has ended, both inside and outside. New exhaust motor for the AC unit is in place and seems to be working. Still deciding on Indulgence: Part Trois, but I'm thinking Moroccan (Bastilla! Off to burn it up, PCP-style. Monday, June 28, 2010. The diet goes well, desp...

The Peak Condition Project - Todd: Back in San Francisco, stats update

http://thepeakconditionproject-todd.blogspot.com/2010/07/back-in-san-francisco-stats-update.html

Saturday, July 3, 2010. Back in San Francisco, stats update. After a week moving, guessing weights, substituting exercises and food, and a massive indulgence, I was afraid I'd done quite a lot of damage to my PCP. Fortunately, the scale shows that I maintained my weight, lost fat, gained muscle. Thank goodness! Now let's finish this thing properly! July 3, 2010 at 9:19 PM. Family moved, new life ready to start, WITH a badass body! July 3, 2010 at 11:23 PM. Heres to some impressive accomplishments!

And best of luck to the new team. Stick with it! July 15, 2010 at 12:17 AM. Especially having to deal with the move. July 15, 2010 at 6:05 AM. Yeah, dude, you worked it out, literally. Very nice! July 15, 2010 at 6:54 AM. Wow, big changes! July 15, 2010 at 3:04 PM. Awesome work, man-congrats! The T 7 Final Post.

The Peak Condition Project - Mikhael: 1 Year!

http://thepeakconditionproject-mikhael.blogspot.com/2011/04/1-year.html

Tuesday, April 26, 2011. Well, we're 13 days past the 1 year anniversary of me starting the Peak Condition Project. My life would be so much different now without it. Although I have to say, life can really get in the way of the road to peak condition, and a felled tree of that size can be a mighty pain to move. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Peak Condition Project - Maren: Where there is an end there is a beginning.

http://thepeakconditionproject-maren.blogspot.com/2010/05/where-there-is-end-there-is-beginning.html

Wednesday, May 12, 2010. Where there is an end there is a beginning. Long time now since i posted something. This week has been strange, both good and bad. Im starting to get tired of my diet, and found myself being uninspired and bored. Bad thing really, becouse it makes bad habits sneek up on you. Yea I have been a naughty. Girl So. Father I have sinned. I ate a bowl of sugared popcorn, and binged in on the sweet stuff. Gluttony, lust and frenzy. So to the skipping rope. We have about 5 different sp...

The Peak Condition Project - Maren: oh no

http://thepeakconditionproject-maren.blogspot.com/2010/07/oh-no.html

Thursday, July 1, 2010. So i have not updated for a while (as usual). I have been completly stressed out with new job, school and moving, so my ability to do pcp has been dwindeling. At the moment im also without internet. As of said before , im very happy with the results I have seen so far, and I know they would have been even more if I had been able to stick to it theese last weeks. So Im back on the plan today, just to finish and do the last two weeks. July 1, 2010 at 4:09 PM. July 1, 2010 at 4:19 PM.

Sunday, June 20, 2010. I CAN BELIEVE 10 DAYS HAVE PASSED! It feels like a small week. Im still doing pcp, but it has been a bumpy ride. I had my exam, and the days before stayed up 28 hours without no sleep. I have not been able to do all the exercises, But I have not given up. I am seeing massive changes on my body from pcp, things are def on the good side, so that motivates me. The vanity motivates me. June 21, 2010 at 4:23 AM. Crank it up Maren, only 22 days left! The Peak Condition Project - Jennifer: May 2010

http://thepeakconditionproject-jen.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html

Sunday, May 30, 2010. Day 46: Feeling Something New. I woke up today with a new thought about PCP. I realized that this isn't something I'm doing because I have to do it or someone else is making me do. I'm doing this because I want to. So it is time to stop being grumpy about working out. I didn't jump first thing, because I realize that I don't really jump as effectively when I'm not. Fully awake, and was okay with that. The weather today, pouring rain followed by hot sun that dries off the bike paths,...

And that I'm probably not going to be posting again until after the wedding (6 more days! And probably for a few days after that too. Good times. :) I'll let you all know how it goes. The Peak Condition Project - Ian

Thursday, December 16, 2010. Alright. it's been several days and, much like the rest of the team, I keep thinking I'll have a nice inspired post to wrap everything up. I get little pieces of what I want to write, but it doesn't flow the way I want, so now I'll just get going with it. I dropped a to-go pizza from a local restaurant into my diet this week and, boy, did that drag me down. The next day I woke up thirsty and sluggish. basically miserable. Oh yeah, that's here to stay. Thursday, September 30, 2010. Day - 90 First step - done - whats next. I think it is a quote from Mao, that a trip of 10,000 miles begins with a 1st step. Well we just now finished our first step, 9,999 more to go, however they do not seem intimidating nor long, I can easily say bring it on. The changes just from 90 day are amazing, but the fundamental changes are even more amazing for me - eating right, good food that is accessible, tasty and healthy, more important control and planning of eating and dr...

Thursday, December 16, 2010. Ok, this will be my final post, I promise! I LOVE the maintenance workouts. I planned to take tuesday off except got itchy for a workout and did 8 minute abs and 15 minutes of jumprope. The last two days I've done full workouts from day 67 and 72 to try and keep myself at a high level. However, the new maintenance workouts have put an end to that! I'm really looking forward to christmas, and I'd like to wish everyone on this project a merry christmas and a happy new year!

Sunday, 1 May 2011. I have fallen back into old eating habits and having been doing any exercises due to concern for my foot injury. I'm surprised by how the past week has highlighted the immense importance of pcp community motivation. I will be back home on Tuesday and it will be easier to stick to the program so I will redouble my efforts when I get back. Monday, 25 April 2011. Day 10 and 11 - Mon 24th and Tues 25th. Saturday, December 13, 2008. 1 week post PCP. Well one week post PCP and I can't bring myself to eat all the junk that I used to, and I also can't get out of the jump rope habit! My day is not complete without a spot of jumping. Actually it feels good to be doing it for enjoyment, rather than feeling I have to. . My last day photos amazed me, mainly because I don't spend much time looking at myself in the mirror, especially my back. I wouldn't recognize me from behind! Saturday, December 6, 2008. I am fe...
