The Peak Condition Project - Tim

Thursday, December 16, 2010. Tuesday, December 7, 2010. Uploaded my new pictures for the week. Not much of a change in my weight from last. still around 83ish. One thing for sure is 2 sets of 9 minutes goes a lot quicker that 3 of seven for jumping ropes. Monday, December 6, 2010. That is about it for now. Thursday, December 2, 2010. One thing interesting that I felt today doing the plank is that for the first time I felt a hell of a lot lighter. Not sure why it hit me right now but I felt good. ...As fo...

The Peak Condition Project - Tim: Day 69

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-timr.blogspot.com/2010/11/day-69.html

Monday, November 22, 2010. First things first will load up my pictures tomorrow. My first daughter's birthday today so sat and watched them eat their cake. they cake my mom used to make for me when I was a kid. pure sugar. Stuff is good but held off. Also started to listen to some ACDC while jumping my 5 minute sets. You do blast through them when you have tunes on you like. November 22, 2010 at 6:42 AM. Happy Birthday to shauna man! Yeah thats what I have been missing my tune that gets remedied tomorrow!

The Peak Condition Project - Tim: Day 74 Happy Thanksgiving and the day after

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-timr.blogspot.com/2010/11/day-74-happy-thanksgiving-and-day-after.html

Friday, November 26, 2010. Day 74 Happy Thanksgiving and the day after. Been a tough couple of days. Have to say I am finding it a bit difficult on the motivation front this week. Been going through the workout and pressing it but I am finding it difficult. I know we only have a few weeks left but I am sure that is the problem. Anyway. as always I get over it and move on. That is about it for me today. November 26, 2010 at 3:14 PM. November 29, 2010 at 12:44 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

The Peak Condition Project - Tim: Two Weeks left

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-timr.blogspot.com/2010/11/two-weeks-left.html

Tuesday, November 30, 2010. While I am writing this my youngest daughter is sitting beside me and still saying that I am too cranky when I get home. Think I am just a bit too tired recently. Feel great after the workouts but after I get home I end up just passing out. November 30, 2010 at 2:42 PM. Looking about 10 years younger too! December 1, 2010 at 4:10 PM. Tell your daughter that when she has to trade the Japanese markets and sit in front of a computer 12hrs a day, shell be just as cranky as you.

The Peak Condition Project - Tim: Day 79

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-timr.blogspot.com/2010/12/day-79.html

Thursday, December 2, 2010. Workouts remain brutal. Push-ups a killer and the planks remain tough as hell. Really feeling everything right now. The jumping rope I do not mind so much. Stopped counting the skips and instead trying to increase the variations on what I am doing. Keeps me interested a bit more than zoning out. December 2, 2010 at 6:13 AM. I felt good on the plank today for the first time as well! December 2, 2010 at 2:21 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Peak Condition Project is a...

The Peak Condition Project - Tim: September 2010

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-timr.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html

Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Gone are the days when I think I get a good workout by just going to the gym and having a run for 5 to 6 ks. I feel the workout that I am doing now puts me in a much better mood. at least until I get to work but anyway I do feel better. Push-ups are tough but I am getting more done. Pumping through the jump ropes. Monday, September 27, 2010. Day 12 and 13. Have been losing a little bit of weight in my gut which is nice. Think it is probably more that I have given up dri...

The Peak Condition Project - Andy: Indulgence

http://thepeakconditionproject-andy.blogspot.com/2010/12/indulgence.html

Wednesday, December 1, 2010. Before I get to my wonderful meal, I need to blog out about a conversation I had today. I spoke in detail about my 75 days of PCP and that it has been a life changing event which has allowed me to curb my desires for many things that are in no way shape or form good for me. The most important thing that I feel I have overcome is the need to drink. Lets be honest, I was drinking way too much. WTFit just wound me up so tightly ALL DAY. I needed to blog it out. Probably went sli...

http://thepeakconditionproject-bill.blogspot.com/2010/12/day-90-what-ride.html

Tuesday, December 14, 2010. Day 90 - What a ride. Period. There were a ton of ups and downs, but PCP is so brilliantly structured, you have the support of your group and you have the pictures, always the pictures, to track your progress. The changes really are incredible. Blown away. And, what's that you say Fish, it's sustainable? Day 1 side, yuck. Day 90 - Bruce Lee isn't here right now, can I help you? Day 1, socks and flab. Day 90, neither. Aaaaaand, the obligatory old pants shot! December 14, 2010 a...

Sunday, December 12, 2010. Day 89 - JFD'ing all the way home. I have on several occasions over the last few weeks needed to borrow Team Blue (Team Cookie Monster? Just wanted to tie up a couple loose ends before Day 90 gets here and we all get reflective and emotional in our final posts:. The gym workout assignment. However they don't really seem fazed by this, as being at the gym appears to be. The new ab workout. I downloaded a fitness app for my iphone maybe.a year ago? ON DAY 90 YO! JFD is now an off...

Aaaand honey sesame glazed carrots, a bunch of other veggie dishes, some milk, some apple cider, a couple slices of pumpkin pie with whipped cream, a couple slices of apple pie with vanilla ice cream, some cookies, maybe a coffee towards the end. Somewhere Dionysus was high-fiving his buddies like, "Boo-yah! I mean it was epic. The fact that Jason Fishelberg discovered some program on the world wide interwebz called PCP, and ruh- HOCKED. OK I am being melodramatic but I feel like a zombie at the moment. Today's workout killed Reed and me. I felt I was going to collapse after the floor jumps and again after the ab exercises. Instead of the normal sense of euphoria after exercising I am experiencing rage. Wednesday, October 13, 2010. Saturday, October 9, 2010. I used to...

The Peak Condition Project - Tanya

Wednesday, June 1, 2011. I’m a little teary about this being my last post. I was even a little nostalgic doing my last work out on Sunday so I put on a yellow t-shirt in homage to my ‘jump rope for heart’ school days. I’ve needed a few days for all those endorphins to wear off so I can write something cohesive without punctuating every sentence with “Good job! Of course particular mention must go to Patrick and Chen (you man of mystery – reveal yourself! Come on, not even a walk on part? 1 3kgs – T...

Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Like Jenny, I want that COMPLETE stamp! Time to wrap it up. To say that I've tried to readopt some of my old habits, just to see what it's like, and I really, really. Don't want to eat the way I used to eat anymore. I think it's going to be so much easier because I'm not trying to enforce some external "ideal" of what I "should" eat, but I'm going to be eating what I actually want. My delight is somewhat tempered because I still have some work to do - I don't look at my final pi...

Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Sorry I have been MIA in blogging! Since my last trip, things have been nonstop with the twins and daily maintenance, but I always tried to fit my exercises in and follow the diet as best as I can! Looking back at the past 90 days, how time flies! When Patrick asked us to pick any workout from Week 1 or 2 for our Day 90 workout, I thought to myself: "That's it? That's our Day 90 workout? I think the lesson learned is: WE HAVE COME SO FAR IN THE PAST 90 DAYS! Looking forward to s...

The Peak Condition Project - Tim Coomber

Sunday, 23 November 2008. Actually, I waited another week before trying to get my thoughts in order and make a few comments. Well, in terms of weight loss and discipline, this was spectacularly successful. I went from 92kg to 79kg without feeling weak in any way. I was able to follow the instructions without feeling huge hunger pangs. the weight loss was very dramatic, nearly all in the first month or so. And I lapsed from the diet very rarely, only occasionally nibbling on something that was off limits.

Wednesday, July 21, 2010. The T 7 Final Post. First of all, thanks to Patrick and Chen. PCP's been a great experience and I certainly feel I met my goal of getting into good shape. Some observations after 1 week off the diet:. Most restaurant food is more of a sauce than a food. What I mean is it's generally full of fat and has no fiber whatsoever. I actually doggie-bagged the main course from a local restaurant and spread it on bread at home. You can pack a thick steak sandwich. Wednesday, July 14, 2010.

Thursday, July 14, 2011. Day 90 finally arrived. So here we are, day 90 has arrived and we have finally finished, who would have thought what changes can happen during that time. It was not as hard as l thought it would have been, what was needed was dedication, termination and will power, although reading some of my blogs there where times l was having doubt, (mainly due to starting a new job and have irregular hours). You see I was worried, my family has a history of diabetes, blood pressure issues and heart attacks and I was really scared about going down the same path and Clive was on his way too. A big thanks to my hubby Clive I'm so proud of him, he suggested PCP and his results are outstanding no more diabetes for him and no high blood pressure. And I'm pleased with my results too. Tuesday, December 7, 2010. December 7th a bump in the road. My trip to Baltimore was flawless - however - my return home was a very slow turn to the dark side. It is very cold here - I seem to be in some hibernatorial state where I am trying to eat more carbs and pack it on. This is totally unconscious - even against my will. Such a strange sensation - out of control. Tuesday, November 30, 2010. November 30 - Day 38. Today I asked Brian to be my team mate again for four weeks. I am going to Baltimore tom...
