http://thepeakconditionproject-brianw.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html

Tuesday, November 30, 2010. Hello Team Cookie Monster! It was also nice to be away from work and to have time to think about what's really important. It seems obvious, but health and family is so much more important than anything else you do in life. Well, long post, two more weeks team. JFD. Sunday, November 28, 2010. Tuesday, November 23, 2010. Day 70 - Super Bonus Workout. A few night ago, I made my evening snack into a smoothie. It tasted pretty good, but I noticed I drank the whole thing way fas...

Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Day 15 - The Colors! One really nice thing about eating more veggies is the variety of colors. (I realize this is a low light picture taken on a phone, so the greens and reds aren't really popping, but you know how amazing they look in person.) It really the day a little better when you see those bright colors coming at ya first thing in the morning. And fresh pico de gallo makes everything better regardless. Tuesday, September 28, 2010. The Peak Condition Project - Brian W: Life choices

http://thepeakconditionproject-brianw.blogspot.com/2010/12/life-choices.html

Sunday, December 5, 2010. Another day of PCP. It's funny, I don't really think of this as a count down anymore, as I know I will continue on with most of these habits after day 90. Also, I don't think I will have quite reached peak condition for my body after day 90, although I know I'm close. December 5, 2010 at 2:10 PM. December 6, 2010 at 2:17 PM. I am really happy that you feel a major burden has been lifted. Not easy carrying excess baggage for too long, man. December 6, 2010 at 7:18 PM.

Friday, December 3, 2010. Day 80: In the Zone. I am going to try to work in 8 minute abs everyday until the end. Let's knock it out Team Cookie Monster! Also, I finally got a chance to connect my camera sooo new (and old) pics are posted - sorry for the delay! December 3, 2010 at 3:32 PM. December 4, 2010 at 3:50 AM. The Peak Condition Project - Erin: *sigh*

http://thepeakconditionproject-erin.blogspot.com/2010/11/sigh.html

Tuesday, November 16, 2010. First, thanks everybody for your congratulations. Simon and I are really loving our little man! Between 12:30 and 3 this morning I had an email chat with Patrick. Perhaps the time reference will tell you where this is headed. He had the sense to ask me how my PCP was going now that I have a baby. My answer: not well. The thing is, I sleep in spurts, I’m exhausted, and I just can’t give it all I’ve got. As Patrick said, why risk getting sick and why bother...So, Patrick’s...

The Peak Condition Project - Erin: October 2010

http://thepeakconditionproject-erin.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html

Wednesday, October 27, 2010. Day 43 - I love week 7! First, let me say that I can't tell you all how much "as much as you want" means to me. Now, twice a day, I can just pile the veggies on and not have to measure something. I can make soup again! Also, as you know, I hate lunges, but today, after not doing them for a while, I realized how much easier they are. All those leg lifts and bicycles (that pain the front of all our legs? And finally, how great is it to just set a timer to jump? 1 I can see line...

The Peak Condition Project - Ellen: Day 81 & 82: Good Weekend

http://thepeakconditionproject-ellen.blogspot.com/2010/12/day-81-82-good-weekend.html

Sunday, December 5, 2010. Day 81 and 82: Good Weekend. Good news is I played in a volleyball tournament all day Saturday and my team ended up going undefeated and won! Bad news is after the tourney, I had no energy left to do the PCP exercises. So it's only Sunday and I feel like I've got a whole day of no set plans and can finally have a day to do whatever I want. Have a good day Team Cookie monster teammates! December 5, 2010 at 10:10 AM. Great work with the volleyball, congratulations are in order!

The Peak Condition Project - Susan: What a long, strange trip it's been.

http://thepeakconditionproject-susan.blogspot.com/2010/12/what-long-strange-trip-its-been.html

Monday, December 13, 2010. What a long, strange trip it's been. Coke is nasty, by the way. Water is the bomb-diggity, yo. I have to cut this short because I'm falling asleep on the keyboard. I don't know exactly when there will be pictures, but there will be pictures. And a killer, black, floor-length opera dress will be among them. December 13, 2010 at 11:42 PM. Congratulations Susan. Being glad the PCP is over is a sign of sanity! December 14, 2010 at 9:31 AM. December 14, 2010 at 6:42 PM.

Sunday, October 31, 2010. Pictures for week 7 are up, hope everyone had a great Halloween! I'll post properly tomorrow, see you then! Saturday, October 30, 2010. Actually, I'm not a huge halloween fan for one reason or another. I won't be trick or treating don't worry, but I was confused by Patricks day 47 E-mail (timezone difference I get all the E-mails for the next day in the evening) are we allowed eat some "treat" things today? See everyone tomorrow, happy Halloween! Thursday, October 28, 2010.

The Peak Condition Project - Jack: Day 84 A good few days!

http://thepeakconditionproject-jack.blogspot.com/2010/12/day-84-good-few-days.html

Tuesday, December 7, 2010. Day 84 A good few days! It was great, but I sure felt the effects at the end of the day! Annoyingly, the weather has forced the school to cancel so many exam days so I still have Math tomorrow. Its frustrating, but the snow has been a real laugh. I've finally graduated fully to the full pull ups. I did 50 today, and it was mightily tough but fun! So, only 6 days left. It really has zoomed by even though the first month took FOREVER! Tuesday, November 30, 2010. Day 77 jumprope in a blizzard and pull ups. Even as I write this its coming down. It was an interesting experience jumproping in a snow storm. It was a besutiful sight, but an unpleasant feeling all the same. My exams roll on I'm afraid though, and its English up next, a big 'un! It was a great game, my inspiration, Cristiano Ronaldo, didn't have a great evening (playing for Madrid). So, pull ups, pull ups, pull ups.why are you so damn tough! Wednesday, December 1, 2010. Day 78 It keeps getting better! The snow keeps chucking down. School closed today (and possibly tomorrow! And 8 inches of snow on the ground. Last night I fully expected the snow to come to an end, but I awoke this morning with a sight to behold, a white wonderland! Jumprope was very interesting, a lot of shovelling and brushing was required to clear my jumprope space (not to mention salt). The exercises were tough today, very tough! Ok, to the real importance stuff, results!

Tuesday, November 30, 2010. Ready for the jump rope show? You see. I've been in on a little secret since my trip to Japan. We're all going to meet up in a secret location and do this routine. Friday, November 26, 2010. Let's see. I'm still a bit wrapped around the "lack of difference" in my body shape, so I decided to take a comparative look, perhaps a little early given that we've got 17 days remaining. We'll start with the relaxed front shot. comparing 1 and 73. I've done some prep for day 90 - I've or...

Sunday, July 17, 2011. My next endeavor is to train for a half triathlon, 2 more months for that, that should keep me burning fat and get my cardio in shape, and maybe burn the rest of the belly off. Have a few things I want to share, some more for myself to look back at if ever I crash and burn and need to get fit again - but also for others to see what REALLY happened over the 3 months. BMI: from 27 to 22.7. Weight from 92.3 to 79.6kg (-12.7kg). Liver function γーGTP : 107 to 21. Wednesday, July 13, 2011.

Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Day 90 - End of Days - the result. Its all done and dusted, and I have to say PCP produced better results than I was expecting. The program got the one part of my fitness/health lifestyle into some level of control. There were days where cravings got the better of me, and I had a bit of chocolate here and a beer there, but for the most part I stayed the course. Total Body Fat -24%. Visceral Fat -14.5%. Basal Metabolism - 2024 cal. Muscle Mass - 34.0%. Subcutaneous Fat - 16.2%.

Wednesday, July 14, 2010. Reflections on the last 90 days. There's a lot to sum up; a great deal- of me- has changed in the last few months. Let's start with the numbers. Body Fat %: 23 (est.). Body Fat %: 11.7. Total weight lost: 24.4 lbs. Total pounds of fat lost: 21.6 lbs. Hmm a little baggy. That's more like it. This is just as important as any of the pseudo-intellectual babel you're going to read later, so let's do it first. And not, "Wow! You're so skinny now! To everyone who reacted with, "Wow!

Monday, May 31, 2010. Keep climbing: PCP Wrap up. A celebratory holiday weekend is coming to a close. The BBQ yesterday was joyous and I indulged in pork ribs, chorizo sausage, and a few beers. Stayed up late with my friends and family and reveled in the summer weather. Today I'm feeling pretty fine and ready to step well into the post-PCP world. Let's examine the evidence. I submit to you the following. I was perpetually overweight, out of shape, and heavy to 100% of my friends and family. They had ...

Saturday, September 5, 2009. End of the Beginning. It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society. But typically, it was just cereal, sandwich, pasta. This past week, I ate more vegetables than I typically would, more fruit, more meat, less carbs. Normally go to bed at 11 and wake up at 7? Didn't get to sleep until 3am? No worries, just wake up at 10 or 11, you'll be fine," Is what I hear/heard. That's not true in the fucking least. Not for me, anyway. Even though...So, schoo...

Tuesday, May 31, 2011. I had 90 days to change and I did. I am really proud. Now I have more time to make a change. The evolution of PCP. Wednesday, May 18, 2011. On Saturday after I arrived in Bogotá I had my last indulgence, we were planning with Helena to go to a restaurant and have some ribs but we were too tired to do. Friday, March 6, 2009. The easiest thing about PCP is diving into some of my guilty pleasures. of which I have so many. Like listening to music I usually would be embarrassed to have on my ipod, like the new Brittany Spears album, awesome beats for working out. Last night was the season finale and they were in the top 2, but ended up losing to quest crew :(. Tuesday, March 3, 2009. So we are just over half way, can you believe it! I can't. The truth is I've secretly been wanting to challenge myself to a break from drinking and focus more on exercise for a long time and PCP's slightly cooler than AA.
