The Peak Condition Project - Brendon

Sunday, July 17, 2011. My next endeavor is to train for a half triathlon, 2 more months for that, that should keep me burning fat and get my cardio in shape, and maybe burn the rest of the belly off. Have a few things I want to share, some more for myself to look back at if ever I crash and burn and need to get fit again - but also for others to see what REALLY happened over the 3 months. BMI: from 27 to 22.7. Weight from 92.3 to 79.6kg (-12.7kg). Liver function γーGTP : 107 to 21. Wednesday, July 13, 2011.

The Peak Condition Project - Brendon: Day 77 - Feelin good...

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-brendon.blogspot.com/2011/06/day-77-feelin-good.html

Thursday, June 30, 2011. Day 77 - Feelin good. Couple of notable items today - I registered for a half triathlon.with full intention of starting to train for it little by little over the next few weeks then really jumping into it once PCP is over, should give me 2 months of training before hand excluding the holiday I have in between. So far 12kg less to carry those 88km's, should help a lot! Will be measuring up and posting my pics tomorrow, first time in 2 weeks. Pretzels and pork rinds! The Peak Condi...

The Peak Condition Project - Brendon: Day 79 - All stocked up

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-brendon.blogspot.com/2011/07/day-79-all-stocked-up.html

Friday, July 1, 2011. Day 79 - All stocked up. Using this weekend to prep my food for the next week. Found last week that the workouts were running into time I was usually cooking or prepping food for the next day, and pushed it into the next day interrupting my usual slow start to the day I enjoy. Uploaded my pic's and measured up, still dropping, almost in free fall! But still the abs still not showing through. Weight: 79.5 (down 2 kg). Waist: 91.5 (down 1cm). Chest: 103 (no change).

The Peak Condition Project - John: Day 27 - The journey continues

http://thepeakconditionproject-johns.blogspot.com/2011/05/day-27-journey-continues.html

Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Day 27 - The journey continues. Some random thoughts on the progress and changes to body:. Keeping as much as possible to the diet program. I had two bites of chocolate on Monday, but everything else is going swimmingly. For some reason (I think Patrick already mentioned it), I've had an on-again, off-again headache this week. Think its the body continuing to adjust to its new-found heightened performance (and lack of crap in the system ;-). I have to say, I'm pretty proud of the...

Wednesday, July 13, 2011. Day 90 - Thank You. Final photos are up on flickr. But below is a before and after. Sunday, July 3, 2011. Update from the Tanita Body Composition Analyser. Sunday, July 3, 2011. Fat Mass 7.4kg. Fat % 9.4%. Sunday, April 24, 2011. Fat Mass 17.2kg. Fat % 19.6%. Saturday, July 2, 2011. Imagine a catapult fired at your balls. This is what happened when the band slipped off the wall during lat pull-downs at full extension, an inch lower and I would have lost 11kg and 4inches. Indulge...

Sunday, May 29, 2011. Day 45.the countdown begins tomorrow. Anyway last night was my 7th saturday night in a row without a drink - i have gone 48 days so far without any booze and decided to "celebrate" Friday with a mocktail at the ritz upstairs from work with my wife - oh what a wild life we lead nowadays! Wednesday, May 25, 2011. Day 42 pics are up. Day 41 . back from Singapore. Sunday, May 15, 2011. Day 31 . feeling GOOD! The Peak Condition Project - Nick: Day 87 - 3 to go

http://thepeakconditionproject-nicks.blogspot.com/2011/07/day-87-3-to-go.html

Saturday, July 9, 2011. Day 87 - 3 to go. So having not talked to my computer for a good couple of weeks through day 75, I feel compelled to share a little more of me with the world at the moment. sorry about that. Knocked out a great session this morning with Mark DP. Followed by brunch up at Oolaa and while I feel the visible results are slowing, the strength that I've gained so far is building - must keep that up after Day 90. Anyway, enough from me for now. have a great Sunday guys. Day 90 - Done!

The Peak Condition Project - Mug: April 2011

http://thepeakconditionproject-mug.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html

Wednesday, 27 April 2011. I am a bit concerned that this program with make me really ripped. which isnt what I want. I dont want to look big. I was going through some of the pictures of past PCP women and some of them look really ripped. which is too muscular for me! I just want to be leaner and actually end up smaller. I also feel like I am getting bigger. ugh! Its only been 2 weeks, your not suppose to see a different right? When do you start seeing results, after 2 months? Sunday, 24 April 2011. That ...

http://thepeakconditionproject-nicks.blogspot.com/2011/06/day-78-uh-oh-slipping.html

Thursday, June 30, 2011. Day 78 - Uh oh. slipping. Then a great mate of mine was in HK for Friday and Saturday, so we showed him the town - culminating in a 2am finish last Friday night and a pizza Saturday lunch in Stanley. a pretty much perfect week up until another major blowout last night. I am finding the final stretch really difficult. Mentally I have checked out. I am making a pact to myself to do this last 12 days perfectly, then take a week or two off and try to do the last month of the program ...

The Peak Condition Project - Keita -: June 2011

http://thepeakconditionproject-keita.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html

Monday, June 27, 2011. Day 73: Mastering Jumps. I did full 18mins continuous jumps this evening in the darkness. I was in the "zone" so jumped through last 10mins without rope getting caught. I even tried jumping with closing my eyes. In the end, it was the record breaking set with 2700 jumps. I rocked it. I soon might be able to stop someone's heart by just wishing in my mind. :P. Day 69 - 72. Week 10 pic is up. Tuesday, June 21, 2011. Day 62 - 68: Back In The Game. I finished under 2 HOURS! I usually c...

Thursday, July 14, 2011. Day 90: Stats and Comparison. It has been tough but great journey for the last 3 months. After completing all the 90th day activity and diet, I am being nostalgic and have mixed feeling. I will organize my thought for next few days and blog it out as a commencement over the weekend. Let's get stats and pics. Day 0: 80.9kg. Day 90: 65.4kg. Day 0: 27% 30%. Delta: - 15% -18%. Ran half marathon under 2 hours. Face: Who is dis fat man on the left? Flex time: Front and Back. Tuesday, June 21, 2011. Day 62 - 68: Back In The Game. Apology for not updating blog for a week. I hurt my upper arms so I couldn't do any upper body work out for a week. Since the pain is gone, I started to resume on my upper body work out from yesterday. Man exercises are getting tougher but I feel fresh and great! On my 30th days into the PCP, I pledged to finish my half marathon within 2.5 hours. I had the race on Sunday and guess what? I finished under 2 HOURS! All the hard work seems to be paid off!

The Peak Condition Project - John: Day 4 - not a great start

http://thepeakconditionproject-johns.blogspot.com/2011/04/day-4-not-great-start.html

Monday, April 18, 2011. Day 4 - not a great start. Well, I'm back from a hellish trip to India, and do still have some major Delhi-belly. Have only been able to keep down / eat less than 1/3 my daily food. For example:. Day 1 - (April 15: Friday). Nothing eaten (that stayed down). 4-6 glasses of water / tonic water. Day 4 - (April 18: Monday). AM: 1/2 bowl oatmeal cereal with skim milk. PM: I manage to get down a 6-inch turkey sub from subway - oil and vinegar dressing. As for the workout:. Day 1 - missed.

Tuesday, May 10, 2011. Day 71: "Nice and Easy". I felt very guilty after a whole week-end of indulgence and no-workout so yesterday I increased my jumprope to 30min which was "nice and easy" and on top of that I finally tried the legen-wait for it-dary 8mins abs video and it definitely went "nicely and easely"! The guy is a legend, so 90s! And after few sets I am exhausted! So today getting to failure point wasn't difficult but had to force myself beyond that point otherwise I would've gave up at rep #5!

Tuesday, December 14, 2010. Day 90 - What a ride. Period. There were a ton of ups and downs, but PCP is so brilliantly structured, you have the support of your group and you have the pictures, always the pictures, to track your progress. The changes really are incredible. Blown away. And, what's that you say Fish, it's sustainable? Day 1 side, yuck. Day 90 - Bruce Lee isn't here right now, can I help you? Day 1, socks and flab. Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Day 90 - End of Days - the result. Its all done and dusted, and I have to say PCP produced better results than I was expecting. The program got the one part of my fitness/health lifestyle into some level of control. There were days where cravings got the better of me, and I had a bit of chocolate here and a beer there, but for the most part I stayed the course. Total Body Fat -24%. Visceral Fat -14.5%. Basal Metabolism - 2024 cal. Muscle Mass - 34.0%. Subcutaneous Fat - 16.2%.

Monday, May 31, 2010. Keep climbing: PCP Wrap up. A celebratory holiday weekend is coming to a close. The BBQ yesterday was joyous and I indulged in pork ribs, chorizo sausage, and a few beers. Stayed up late with my friends and family and reveled in the summer weather. Today I'm feeling pretty fine and ready to step well into the post-PCP world. Let's examine the evidence.
