Tuesday, 28 June 2011. On track again and feelin good. For a Southerner with Irish genes I've been pretty damn good. Healthy foods and exercises come more naturally. I was proud of myself for working out jet lagged after a 15 hr flight to NYC to party with my friends last weekend. Friday, 26 August 2011. And Swedish meatballs go down great with a Tuborg! Being in Denmark and Sweden for 10 days doesn't make me a proud pcp'er. especially when you happen to be there for Copenhagen's gay party weekend. Never seen so many hot Scandinavian lezbos making out. with it's fair share of completely. Un-hot. But I was pretty good holding back on partying and spent lots of quality time with the family. Doing an exercise where you need to stand on the resistence band, best to make sure it's secure. mine slipped from under my foot the this morning and the result was a mite painful. Also, tried some crossover moves during tthe skipping. didnt really go according to plan and managed to whip myself. i wonder if this would have been worse with a leather jump rope? Does this have any bearing on the decision to a buy leather jump rope? Now got a few marks Spartacus would be proud of!

Came back and given the timezone, it is now 12 AM Dubai time. Tomorrow seems to be a little easy though i am wondering if we should do exercises during the morning or the evening.
