Wednesday, November 12, 2008. Emiko: Day 90, A Peek Back At Day 1. OH MY GOSH IT'S DAY 90! I cannot believe that this Project is officially over. Congratulations Tim, Amy, Nate, and Adrian and meee! BIG big thanks to Patrick and Chen for guiding us along through the process. WOW! Patrick had mentioned once in an email, ". Like Adrian, I plan to write a little more and to post some photos of my new muscles! But that will probably be in a couple days, I need to recover from all that curry! Word verificatio...

The Peak Condition Project - Sean Anderson: Day 88, In the spirit of the Olympics
http://thepeakconditionproject-sean.blogspot.com/2008/08/day-88-in-spirit-of-olympics.html
Sunday, August 10, 2008. Day 88, In the spirit of the Olympics. There is a 24 Hour Fitness (I’ve always thought it odd that it isn’t actually open for 24 hours.what’s the point of the name? For that reason alone I will never again desire to join a 24 Hour or Bally’s or L.A. Fitness gym. Ever. Never ever. I have never been terribly good at swimming, just terrible. I can certainly keep myself afloat and, obviously, I haven’t drowned myself trying anything laughably simple in the water but beyond ...I didn&...

The Peak Condition Project - Nate: November 2008
http://thepeakconditionproject-nate.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Saturday, November 15, 2008. DAY 90 = PCP DONE. A long life of activity, vitality, wellness, and awareness just begun . . . So it is so hard to figure out how to make a quality, meaningful, and complete last post. But I'm going to do the best I can and hopefully update from time to time in the future. Once a month or so with thoughts on maintaining, new growth, and encouragement for any new PCP groups to come. So without further ado, here goes nothing! SECTION 1: PCP Mindset and changes. 10 Finally, you ...

The Peak Condition Project - Adrian and Emiko: October 2008

Friday, October 31, 2008. Emiko: Day 78, Cinematic Consumption. Speaking of anxiety, I have a phone interview for a job this afternoon. Wish me luck! I plan to have my third and final indulgence directly following the interview, so I will be updating on that soon! Hope you all are well. Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Emiko: Day 76, Clothes! I first want to congratulate PCPJapan! How does it feel to reach the final day of the Project? All three of you look fabulous! And I still have love-handles! That state...

The Peak Condition Project - Sean Anderson: Day 81, Whoops
http://thepeakconditionproject-sean.blogspot.com/2008/08/day-81-whoops.html
Sunday, August 3, 2008. Day 81, Whoops. So I made a mistake about the whole timeline of this project- it seems that things changed through the course of this thing and instead of the project ending on August 15th like I originally thought and mentioned before it will instead be ending on “Day 90”. So that would mean that, as of writing this, there are only nine more days in the project for Corry, David, and me. Perhaps I’ll take up yoga again. Or something else.knitting? Mistake on my part. Day 90, Done.

The Peak Condition Project - Maki: Day 90 – Officially finished
http://thepeakconditionproject-maki.blogspot.com/2008/12/day-90-officially-finished.html
Saturday, December 6, 2008. Day 90 – Officially finished. I just finished doing my exercises and skipping which means I have completed PCP! I went back to Day 9 exercises and completed them within 20 minutes. I did get a good workout but obviously didn’t feel the “burn” as much as recent days due to the lower number of reps. But that means, my muscles has toned right? I am more than thrilled. Thank you all for your support and reading my rather dull blog! December 7, 2008 at 5:41 AM. PCP - Hama Mamas.

The Peak Condition Project - Maki: Day 89
http://thepeakconditionproject-maki.blogspot.com/2008/12/day-89.html
Saturday, December 6, 2008. Finished skipping and exercises just before midnight. It was tough but I am happy that I finished them. My arms feel as though they are twice the size though! Starting from 0, who would have thought that I would be skipping over 2000 skips without having have to catch my breath? Me doing push ups and sit ups? It just seems like yesterday that I asked my husband to explain how to do them properly. He could not believe how pathetic my muscles were! PCP - Hama Mamas.

The Peak Condition Project - Munisha: Countdown thoughts - #3 - INDULGENCE TIME!
http://thepeakconditionproject-munisha.blogspot.com/2008/12/countdown-thoughts-3-indulgence-time.html
Thursday, December 4, 2008. Countdown thoughts - #3 - INDULGENCE TIME! The only negative about indulging was picking my item to indulge in! 160;I always wanted to pick the perfect thing. Not such a bad problem.and with each indulgence, I got quicker at picking.probably because I was so in need of one. Can't wait for my first post-PCP indulgence - 90 days in.I know I deserve it! Only 2 more days to go. That was the most fun I have had being lost in a long time and I get lost a lot. Thanks.

The Peak Condition Project - Sean Anderson: Day 83, The well's run dry
http://thepeakconditionproject-sean.blogspot.com/2008/08/day-83-wells-run-dry.html
Tuesday, August 5, 2008. Day 83, The well's run dry. Actually, there still is the indulgence day to consider- and I had better get a move on with that or miss my opportunity completely- and of course there’s the matter of the small assignment that Patrick gave us three recently, what that is you’ll have to wait and see because I’m not going to ruin the surprise for you all (that is unless Corry or David mention it first). Instead of standing at the kitchen counter at every meal, weighing out the correct ...
