Thursday, June 30, 2011. Day 76 - The real indulgence. This indulgence ended up being the same as my first. Four slices of pizza with lots of cheese and pepperoni from my favorite pizza joint in the town where I grew up. It was very tasty going down, but. Salt = dry mouth. Eat bad food, feel bad. Thursday, June 30, 2011. Also, I really enjoy the jump rope so I started doing 7x3 earlier this week. At this point it is pretty easy so it is no problem. I am averaging around 800 jumps per 7 minutes. The number of jumps is not really critical although I find that counting helps make the time go by. June 30, 2011 at 7:20 AM. Friday, April 29, 2011. Day 15 - Not My Best Day. Woke up this morning not feeling well. Consequently, I did not have breakfast or my snack. Monday, July 11, 2011. Day 88 - One of my best workouts! 2400 jumps in 18 consecutive minutes- with only a few trips on the rope- it seems so natural! Did the pull-ups and chest-dips to failure- my body was craving them! Relished the quiet while doing it all! I did my best to only eat what I was supposed to, but I think I could have done a better job. I hope so, I ate a lot of them the past two days. actually I just bought some more - it's really cheap right now :). Small penne bolognese (yum! The other half of my bowl of grapes. Tuesday, 15 March 2011. So managed to get off track with all the noise in the mkt but keeping to schedule diet wise to the fullest and am still starting to see results. My workout routine has not really been up to par but I plan on changing that this week and next. Sunday, 6 March 2011. Rock n Roll, everything going smoothly. Eating healthily is simple. I really like and want to eat vegetables. I really like eating (at least) 6 times a day. The connection between my diet and my body is real, if I eat crap I look crap. Going to the gym without eating carefully is useless. I always knew I liked skipping for a good reason. An average apple weighs 170gms.
