Wednesday, 24 August 2011. Downs But not out! Small victories. I got my family home yesterday after a prolonged stay in hospital for my wife and new daughter. I have done no training since Friday and my diet has gone too. I've tried to be good but with some stress and strain it has been tough. Sunday, 31 July 2011. So tired I can't even think of a header. I'm cream crackered. Just up after 9 hours in bed and much needed after a very busy week with, like most of you, being up at dawn to fit everything in. Maybe it is the new diet? Thursday, 11 August 2011. It isn't so tough. I'm really enjoying the food and the exercise, and my body is changing significantly. Although I haven't lost the huge amount of weight that others have (damn it), I am toning up and some of the fat is budging. Some way to go still however. You see I was worried, my family has a history of diabetes, blood pressure issues and heart attacks and I was really scared about going down the same path and Clive was on his way too. A big thanks to my hubby Clive I'm so proud of him, he suggested PCP and his results are outstanding no more diabetes for him and no high blood pressure. And I'm pleased with my results too. Tuesday, 15 March 2011. So managed to get off track with all the noise in the mkt but keeping to schedule diet wise to the fullest and am still starting to see results. My workout routine has not really been up to par but I plan on changing that this week and next. Sunday, 6 March 2011. Rock n Roll, everything going smoothly. Friday, April 15, 2011. Day 90 Pics @ 73-75kg and 17% body fat. Time for some new trousers. Inspired by Vittorio-though not as impressive. Fitter,certainly-though more gormless. Eating healthily is simple. I really like and want to eat vegetables. I really like eating (at least) 6 times a day. The connection between my diet and my body is real, if I eat crap I look crap. Going to the gym without eating carefully is useless. I always knew I liked skipping for a good reason. An average apple weighs 170gms.
