Jan 31, 2011. Day 17 - Two new lessons. 1 I find pull ups REALLY tough. This will be a good personal challenge. 2 It seems that there is also a poledancing class at 2pm on a Monday. Friday, April 1, 2011. Day 77: one PCP cycle a year, but what to do in between? Aren't we all close to feeling a deep burn in the brain? I feel about PCP as my left leg on rep 7 of the final set of pistol squats this week. Deep muscle burn sends a dual signal to my head, a) a great and pleasurable satisfaction, b) a great and painful yearn to put an end to it. To be honest, this is seldom the case for planks, which send only capital "B" signals. And then, right after Christmas, do a PCP cycle every year.

Saturday, April 9, 2011. WiFi on the plane compensates for airplane food. My journey to Kenya is now ongoing. I will be arriving tomorrow night in Nairobi. Instead of going into the office previously with eyes half shut and head feeling fuzzy, it really does help to get everything revved up and ready for the day in terms of energy, instead of the previous lethargy I felt every morning. Monday, February 28, 2011. Day 45 Half way there and more than half way to go. Well, like a lot of you, this is a bitter sweet moment for me. I am proud of my accomplishments thus far, however I am not yet half way to my goal and here we are half way through the PCP. So, once again, I will just acknowledge the fact that my PCP will go on beyond the 90 days. I suppose this is what it is all about any way. I have a shin splint in my right leg. (Haven't had one of these in years.). Body aches all over today.

Tuesday, 15 March 2011. So managed to get off track with all the noise in the mkt but keeping to schedule diet wise to the fullest and am still starting to see results. My workout routine has not really been up to par but I plan on changing that this week and next. Sunday, 6 March 2011. Rock n Roll, everything going smoothly.
