Tuesday, August 12, 2008. Day 90, Done. And, yet, I’m just beginning. Please do note that I will be adding more pictures as the week goes on so please stick with me and enjoy the celebration). Speaking of celebrations, I just remembered that about this time last year was when I first decided to become a vegan. It was about mid-August and I had just finished watching a movie called Earthlings. My fellow PCPers, Corry and David, well, We Did It! Thank you all from the bottom of me. The Peak Condition Project - Sean Anderson: July 2008

http://thepeakconditionproject-sean.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html

Thursday, July 31, 2008. Day 78, Like lightning. A speedy quick update for all of you because matters are pressing, and they’re pressing hard. We’re coming into the final days but that doesn’t mean that things are going to stop changing and stagnate, oh no, far from it. In fact, things are going to continue chugging right along. Here’s this week’s diet plan update:. 170 g carbs, everything else the same. 130 g carbs, everything else the same. Wednesday, July 30, 2008. Day 77, A weird find. These were han...

The Peak Condition Project - Sean Anderson: Day 85, Not quite an "indulgence"

http://thepeakconditionproject-sean.blogspot.com/2008/08/day-85-not-quite-indulgence.html

Thursday, August 7, 2008. Day 85, Not quite an "indulgence". But I think for these purposes here that it’ll do just fine, folks. The indulgence I’m speaking of is soy yogurt. Yes, soy yogurt, wonderful and creamy, filled with fruity goodness and able to stuff my stomach full like no other snack type item I’ve yet to discover. Why is a farmer’s market selling meat? I thought they weren’t into all of that. My world is being rocked! This is the peach flavor cup but they also come in Plain, Vanilla, Raspberr...

The Peak Condition Project - Sean Anderson: May 2008

http://thepeakconditionproject-sean.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html

Saturday, May 31, 2008. Day 17, 1 of about 3,000,000. In America, at least. So let me tell you about my morning:. At the karate school I train and work at every Saturday is judo day. Judo is a martial arts sport involving lots of throwing people around, falling after being thrown to the ground, using your partner's weight against them. Today was the first judo day we've had there in two weeks because of holidays and incompatible schedules and I had been looking forward to it for a while. Day 16, Hooo boy.

Wednesday, November 12, 2008. Emiko: Day 90, A Peek Back At Day 1. OH MY GOSH IT'S DAY 90! I cannot believe that this Project is officially over. Congratulations Tim, Amy, Nate, and Adrian and meee! BIG big thanks to Patrick and Chen for guiding us along through the process. WOW! Patrick had mentioned once in an email, ". Like Adrian, I plan to write a little more and to post some photos of my new muscles! But that will probably be in a couple days, I need to recover from all that curry! Word verificatio...

Saturday, November 15, 2008. DAY 90 = PCP DONE. A long life of activity, vitality, wellness, and awareness just begun . . . So it is so hard to figure out how to make a quality, meaningful, and complete last post. But I'm going to do the best I can and hopefully update from time to time in the future. Once a month or so with thoughts on maintaining, new growth, and encouragement for any new PCP groups to come. So without further ado, here goes nothing! SECTION 1: PCP Mindset and changes. 10 Finally, you ...

Friday, October 31, 2008. Emiko: Day 78, Cinematic Consumption. Speaking of anxiety, I have a phone interview for a job this afternoon. Wish me luck! I plan to have my third and final indulgence directly following the interview, so I will be updating on that soon! Hope you all are well. Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Emiko: Day 76, Clothes! I first want to congratulate PCPJapan! How does it feel to reach the final day of the Project? All three of you look fabulous! And I still have love-handles! That state...

The Peak Condition Project - David Fendley: Life After the PCP

http://thepeakconditionproject-david.blogspot.com/2009/07/life-after-pcp.html

Thursday, July 30, 2009. Life After the PCP. It's going on close to a year since I have completed the PCP. Sadly I've let my PCP body go. I used the excuse that I needed to lighten up the load a little. Unfortunately, I dropped it all together. Until next time,. Dude, come back to the PCP! August 2, 2009 at 5:38 AM. Heh, thanks for the support. I am thinking that I will do this publicly as I could use the support and accountability. August 2, 2009 at 6:27 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

The Peak Condition Project - David Fendley: June 2008

http://thepeakconditionproject-david.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html

Saturday, June 28, 2008. Today is the first day that I've gotten up and have jumped rope before eating anything. It's been about 30 minutes and I am STARVING! Thursday, June 26, 2008. Yesterday I called around for businesses that taught Yoga. One place was way too expensive as they wanted a gym membership fee, and I just wanted the Yoga class. The other two locations didn't pick up the phone. Patrick mentioned how Yoga does wonders for your core and flexibility. I consider myself more flexible than m...

The Peak Condition Project - David Fendley: August 2008

http://thepeakconditionproject-david.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html

Tuesday, August 12, 2008. Another Day in the Life of PCP. In the past three months, we've learned about the body, how to eat right, how to exercise properly, how to set and attain goals, and so much more. We've both struggled and prevailed, and now it's time to take these lessons on into the rest of our lives. As the PCP will show, I think the answer lies in regular change. The other day I vented my frustration in sticking to things, in being reliable and committing, and in struggling with constantly wan...

The Peak Condition Project - David Fendley: Finally, a Chance to Breathe

http://thepeakconditionproject-david.blogspot.com/2008/08/finally-chance-to-breathe.html

Thursday, August 7, 2008. Finally, a Chance to Breathe. It's true. I'm a terrible blogger. I've allowed projects to get in the way of a lot of things such as blogging. Now that I've wrapped up some big projects, I finally have a chance to breathe. So what's been on my mind this past week besides work? It is the catalyst for great change. The ultimate failure is defeat - to give up and walk away. Progressive failure is to get back up and keep trying. I know we've all heard this stuff before, b...I apologi...

The Peak Condition Project - Nate: 3 days left!

http://thepeakconditionproject-nate.blogspot.com/2008/11/3-days-left.html

Sunday, November 9, 2008. I'll be doing a long post tomorrow about our last week homework assignments. Plus I will probably start writing my day 90 post ahead of time because I have so much to explain. But for tonight I am off to get a TON of sleep because Patrick says that I should and that's way more permission than I need to sleep in after this crazy weekend. I never thought it was possible for me to sleep any better but I do. I went from being a great sleeper to being a PRO! What is the PCP? If you w...

The Peak Condition Project - David Fendley: Another Day Closer

http://thepeakconditionproject-david.blogspot.com/2008/08/another-day-closer.html

Friday, August 8, 2008. We're another day closer to completing this project successfully. The hard part is, I feel those desires to break my new found habits growing stronger and stronger every day. It's like my body wants to just quit on the last day. It's amazing to see how far we've come in just three months. I am extremely happy with the progress we all have made. I hope to "pay it forward" by being an example to others. I hope to show what future gains there are in present changes. Oh, a gym. - ...

The Peak Condition Project - Maki: Day 90 – Officially finished

http://thepeakconditionproject-maki.blogspot.com/2008/12/day-90-officially-finished.html

Saturday, December 6, 2008. Day 90 – Officially finished. I just finished doing my exercises and skipping which means I have completed PCP! I went back to Day 9 exercises and completed them within 20 minutes. I did get a good workout but obviously didn’t feel the “burn” as much as recent days due to the lower number of reps. But that means, my muscles has toned right? I am more than thrilled. Thank you all for your support and reading my rather dull blog! December 7, 2008 at 5:41 AM. PCP - Hama Mamas.

I think I've been in a bit of denial that day 90 has come and gone. Was it really only 3ish months ago that I was thinking of starting this thing? Tuesday, October 5, 2010. Final Post: PCP, You "Complete" Me. Well, it is high time to wrap this thing UP! In the past week, I became both a PCP alumna and a 500 hour RYT (registered yoga teacher). Aside from this being an incredibly busy. Week, I'm quite happy to have these two experiences dovetail into one another here at the end. More on that later. Let's get down to the nitty gritty with some before/after pics, shallllll we? 117 lbs, 24.3 % body fat. 1096 lbs, 17% body fat. May 13, 2010. There's that...

Monday, 3 October 2011. Day 90-SOMETHING.Before and After. I've lost whatever sort of tan I had pre-PCP (maybe I should have got that spray-on after all? My hair is longer (maybe if I chopped it off I'd lose another 1/2 kgs? Sports bras really do nothing for you. More seriously though, I think my posture is a million times better now looking at these shots, something a few people at home have commented on. That's gotta be good. I still can't quite believe that 3 months of PCP are over! DAY 90 - stats.

Sunday, July 5, 2009. おわったぁーーーーーー!!!!! 90日間のPCP、長かったような、短かったような。あまりに過酷だったので、長かったのか短かったのかもよくわかりません(苦笑). So we did it! 90 days of the PCP.It was so intense that I can't tell whether the 3 months. Were long or short. But I have no doubt that it was a very good thing to do for me. では、PCPをやってよかったな、と思うこと、達成したな、と思うことを書いてみたいと思います。 So I'd like to write down what was good about the PCP and what I've achieved. Tuesday, September 14, 2010. Over one Year Later. Just kidding. Of course you do. Well, here I am. It's been one year and some since I completed the PCP. Guess what, things are great! Do I still exercise? Yes I do. I completed Patrick's new program the Kung Fu Body this year- although I'm ashamed to say with no where near the gusto I had for the PCP. Why did I join this new program, you ask? Am I still mindful of what I eat? Yes- every frickin' day. Do I eat junk food? Am I still on the diet? If you need...

On day 90, I sat in the park and spent time with my sister, a loved one, and a snake. I couldn't ask for much more in life. Sunday, August 30, 2009. Tuesday, 15 December 2009. So Long and Thanks for All the Fish! I remember telling a physician friend about PCP at the start of this program, and he predicted that I would probably see little change compared to other participants that might have more weight to lose, or poor diet habits that need correcting. While he was right in that the changes in my body have been subtle. And I wasn't looking for huge shifts either). The real evolution isn't something that you can capture in a photo.
