http://thepeakconditionproject-emily.blogspot.com/2009/12/pc-pms-and-case-of-senioritis.html
Tuesday, December 8, 2009. PC-PMS and a Case of Senioritis. Dude, I totally have senioritis. Not like, wow-I'm totally-as-buff-as-I-need-to-be-senioritis . . . but like, I-can't-wait-till-I-finally-graduate-from-this-place-and-can-really-be-myself-at-college senioritis. Like, I-should-be-studying-but-instead-I-just-ate-some-cookie-dough senioritis. (Immediate stomachache, btw.). Am I doing something wrong? It's the eggs. It HAS to be the eggs. December 8, 2009 at 6:11 AM. Im fairly certain the eggs are t...

The Peak Condition Project - Naomi: The final day
http://thepeakconditionproject-naomi.blogspot.com/2009/12/final-day.html
Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Hi everyone. It's great to read all of your final day posts and it was equally great partaking in the PCP with you all. This is just a quick final post to let you all know how I'm doing. I've not been anywhere near a PC for a few days as I was staying in a forest in a hill station in southern India for the past five days. It's been totally blissful. Thanks to Chen and Patrick for all your knowledge and mentoring and I would love to do the advanced PCP next year! Thanks for the...

Friday, November 20, 2009. Day 67."Oh my. What indentations you have"! In your stomach. Noticing some nice indents from those ab exercises. That's why I love (sometimes hate) those planks. RRrr.90 secs.maybe the love is less intense. November 20, 2009 at 7:01 AM. You look super buff, Denise! November 20, 2009 at 10:05 AM. I cant believe you love plank, but yes, it is effective. Can you believe were doing 90second sets now! November 20, 2009 at 10:17 AM. Shoot us some new pics, Denise! Day 67.Oh my.

The Peak Condition Project - Denise: September 2009
http://thepeakconditionproject-denise.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Day 16 - Chop Chop. Day 16 finds me up earlier than normal with the PCP. Last night was a late working night. Time spent going to the gym (rrrrrr.just cause I am not able to jump right now) did not give enough time to chop the head of cauliflower normally done. Food: Recipe swapping is a good idea. Me.I am not too creative with food. I leave that to the resident foodie. Which leads me back to. The morning.more chopping. First.coffee."Get in my belly"! Week one under the belt.

The Peak Condition Project - Emily: November 2009
http://thepeakconditionproject-emily.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 29, 2009. Letting Go of Old Habits. It's 11 pm, and I just hung up my apron for the day. With less than 2 weeks left(! To celebrate with after Day 90. And I wondered about whether I would jump rope the day I eat them. Saturday, November 28, 2009. I'm feeling a little burned out on routines, but now that I've finished the day's strength exercises and eaten some lunch, I wanted to pop in and share this episode. Of Gourmet's Diary of a Foodie. Monday, November 23, 2009. Being that I'm from ...

The Peak Condition Project - Emily: September 2009
http://thepeakconditionproject-emily.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 28, 2009. I say it's time for a recipe swap! I've adopted cumin seeds, thanks to Naomi; gone crazy for figs at Shelly's suggestion; and Jonti and Denise, I still haven't quite gotten down the hard-boiled egg peeling. What else is going on in your PCP kitchens? I've been using a lot of different whole grains: oats, quinoa, brown rice, and I recently found some farro (delicious! Alice Waters's cookbook, Vegetables,. 3 shallots, diced. 1 small cucumber, seeded and diced. Speaking of freezi...

The Peak Condition Project - Naomi: January 2010
http://thepeakconditionproject-naomi.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 1, 2010. Some final day photos of me on a beach in Kerala. Actually these photos were taken on my birthday on 17th December. What an amazing holiday it was and made all the better for knowing I was in peak health! Being in India it's always best for women to respect the local custom and dress modestly, even on the beach, hence the lack on bikini here, so sorry, no abs shots! A very cool moment! Monday, September 28, 2009. Day 13; Week3, here I come! Today’s blog is going to be long because I want to review the last few days as a whole. My PCP group and I end this week’s PCP diet and workout regime today. Looking back on this week, despite having some difficult days, overall I’ve really enjoyed the food and the exercise sessions have been relatively enjoyable too and, at least they’ve been quick. I do hate lunges though; I find them so boring and not very effective. But on the whole, I’ve ...

Thank you gentlemen for your leadership, support and knowledge. Thank you for the combination of exercise and example by you and all former PCP'ers. For representing the project so well. It made the tough days and challenges bearable. Both fun and tough days were a blast with my group, Denise. The all girl PCP Team Rocked it! Cardio - I have always enj...
