The Peak Condition Project - Sebastian Massey: June 2009

http://thepeakconditionproject-sebastian.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html

Sunday, June 28, 2009. Hooray for friends, and a movie review. And "I could use my indulgence right now.on shitty pizza." My friend Jeremy heard me ask if someone was going to eat their crust and called me out on it saying "isn't that, like, terrible for you? He was right. And so I stuck to my guns and declined the pizza. The second time came about because I hadn't yet done my jump ropes for the day, and it was now midnight. I started muttering that I might just skip it, what's one day? And awesome it wa...

The Peak Condition Project - Sebastian Massey: Day 90 The Magic - Part Three: Peak Condition Magic

http://thepeakconditionproject-sebastian.blogspot.com/2009/08/magic-part-three-peak-condition-magic.html

Saturday, August 29, 2009. Day 90 The Magic - Part Three: Peak Condition Magic. Well, here I am. Day 90 is in the bag. I have a lot that I want to reflect on and I don't expect to get it all out now. I think I'd like my day 90 post to be the 3rd part of my discussion on Magic, because it really ties it all together. But first a run down of today. Now on with the Magic post. They will be a great player, they also have to know. What has Patrick always ranted about with people and health? They make excuses:...

Saturday, August 29, 2009. Surprising thoughts at the end. So, while I myself have had nothing planned for this moment, it happens to coincided with a friends birthday. So I will be going to partake of tasty beverages and some probably unhealthy snacks. Also, it will be a party like the ones I haven't been to since pre PCP. Should be fun to see how the evening goes. The Peak Condition Project - Sebastian Massey: July 2009

http://thepeakconditionproject-sebastian.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html

Thursday, July 30, 2009. But trying to catch up on sleep again, and get my workouts in, and working extra hours (It's like everyone at work needs coverage this week) it's been super frustrating. I feel like I need to become a hermit for a few days and just tell everyone to fuck off while I get back into routine. Sadly I can't really do that for the biggest time suck, which is work. Tuesday, July 28, 2009. Saturday, July 25, 2009. I'm on vacation" excuse being bandied about. Today though, my friend griffi...

http://thepeakconditionproject-bryan.blogspot.com/2009/08/hm-so-apparently-math-isnt-my-strong.html

Sunday, August 23, 2009. Hm so apparently math isn't my strong point. So we have 5 days instead of 7? And I have a confession to make. This past week has been terrible. I collapsed, and then the week kept kicking me in the ribs. Oh, also, I didn't eat the last two indulgences, is that bad? Also, it's been epically hot here. Well, maybe not epically, but hot enough that it plays havoc with my digestive system and sleep. To everyone: good luck, we're not finished yet. August 23, 2009 at 8:37 PM. Man, those...

http://thepeakconditionproject-matthew.blogspot.com/2009/08/im-back-safe-and-sound-from-my.html

Tuesday, August 25, 2009. I'm back, safe and sound, from my adventures in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. I thought about writing this as a concluding entry for my PCP, but. I climbed the summit of Mt. Jefferson! In the thunder and rain! So I won't have a super-amazing body by the end of my PCP, but I have realized that I am capable of greater feats than I imagine for myself, and that's a great point of motivation to push myself towards ever greater advancements. Monday, August 31, 2009. As Patrick says, 'Peak' Condition indeed! Thursday, August 27, 2009. No numbers, no numbers, no numbers. Wednesday, August 26, 2009. One of the 'unfortunate' consequences of my PCP? Finding pants that are a good fit! When the waist is perfect, the thighs are too fitted and when the thighs are perfect, the waist is too big! Laughs* Ah well, it could be worse :P. Well the god of bell curves must have smiled upon me, because I received a 70! Tuesday, August 25, 2009. So I won't have...

The Peak Condition Project - Matthew Baxter: June 2009

http://thepeakconditionproject-matthew.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html

Monday, June 29, 2009. I think that's going to be it for the jump rope for at least today. I was just approaching the 200 mark when the rope snagged itself on my foot. Of course my forearms were still moving in rotation so when the rope pulled taught, the wrist I sprained was jerked into an awkward and immediately painful angle. ARGH! I'll still get my fat-burning cardio in, it'll just have to be on the elliptical when I visit the gym this afternoon. Mariah Carey's 'Touch My Body (Seamus Haji Club Mix).

Saturday, August 1, 2009. I had x-rays taken of my wrist earlier this afternoon. My doctor should receive the results by the middle of next week for forwarding to the sports medicine clinic I have an appointment with the week after. August 1, 2009 at 9:11 AM. Wednesday, September 2, 2009. Ok… So 90 came and went. So you may or probably may not be asking yourself, why hasn’t Jeremiah posted his last post.  There are two reasons:. As always I am on the road. I couldn’t find my camera. So I am going to tell you my story and add shot from someone else because I have that. So lets get real. What did I achieve:. I lost 15 lbs.  . I am now a size 33 jeans down from 36. I am a size 16.5 dress shirt down from 17.5 . I had to get my glasses tightened. I suck at pull ups.

Monday, 3 October 2011. Day 90-SOMETHING.Before and After. I've lost whatever sort of tan I had pre-PCP (maybe I should have got that spray-on after all? My hair is longer (maybe if I chopped it off I'd lose another 1/2 kgs? Sports bras really do nothing for you. More seriously though, I think my posture is a million times better now looking at these shots, something a few people at home have commented on. That's gotta be good. I still can't quite believe that 3 months of PCP are over! DAY 90 - stats.

Were long or short. But I have no doubt that it was a very good thing to do for me. では、PCPをやってよかったな、と思うこと、達成したな、と思うことを書いてみたいと思います。 So I'd like to write down what was good about the PCP and what I've achieved. Speaking of celebrations, I just remembered that about this time last year was when I first decided to become a vegan. Tuesday, September 14, 2010. Over one Year Later. Just kidding. Of course you do. Well, here I am. It's been one year and some since I completed the PCP. Guess what, things are great! Do I still exercise? Yes I do. I completed Patrick's new program the Kung Fu Body this year- although I'm ashamed to say with no where near the gusto I had for the PCP. Why did I join this new program, you ask? Am I still mindful of what I eat? Yes- every frickin' day. Do I eat junk food? Am I still on the diet? If you need...

Tuesday, 15 December 2009. So Long and Thanks for All the Fish! I remember telling a physician friend about PCP at the start of this program, and he predicted that I would probably see little change compared to other participants that might have more weight to lose, or poor diet habits that need correcting.
