So I weighed in today- I know I'm not supposed to be checking my weight, but my scale has a bodyfat measurer in it (who knows how accurate, but it's the only one I've got), and you have to let it weigh you to get to the bodyfat percentage part. Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Day 75 - Huh. A little physical therapy update. Last week my doctor recommended I see a PT. He said there was one in his office that was great. I thought about making an appointment with him, but it's a bit too far up-town and I figured if I have to go like 2-3x a week, I'd prefer one closer to my office. Sunday, January 31, 2010. Even though things have been busy, I still wake up and do the exercises that are mapped out in my diet and for the most part I have stuck to the diet 100%. Friday, April 16, 2010. That went fast but slow. Hard but well, hard. I'm sad to say I didn't do this 100%. But I'm totally happy with my progress. I moved a household of four people and one dog during this process. As well, I have gone from having a 6 week old baby to a 4 month old baby. I've lost 26 pounds. Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Day 61: I have no idea what time it is. So Daylight Savings Time began again this weekend, and it always throws me for a loop. When DST is in effect, my body loses all sense of what time it is. I know it's only an hour's difference from standard time, but I become so time-disoriented! Monday, March 29, 2010. Day 73, Still at it. Haven't been social mediaing re: PCP, but have continued eating and running. House is 80% unpacked. It's fun to have space. I have never been this busy in my life. I think I haven't come down with an illness because I'm eating so well. Normally two weeks of the activity I'm coming off of and I'd be in bed for a few days. My daughter had Cheetos from lunch and was "fake" feeding me and I bit into it. Cheetos were my favorite chip pre-PCP. Day 73, Still at it.

The last couple of days have been quite exhausting with work, and teaching and capoeira, oh and of course, PCP. Patrick also asked us to share an ab exercise. Monday, March 22, 2010. Anyways, enough about that, how about some food pictures! Up until about 2 weeks ago, I would bring my breakfast to work at eat at my desk (along with lunch and dinner). However recently as I have been trying to do my jumprope in the morning, I'm also trying to eat breakfast at home so I don't have to bring so much to work (and not spend as much time there either :).
