http://thepeakconditionproject-allan.blogspot.com/2011/06/starting-pcp-proper.html
Thursday, 9 June 2011. 9 June 2011 at 17:51. Even i am looking to start exercise at 5.30 am, but for last 2 weeks after doing sets at 9 pm. I am just too exhausted to wake up at 5.30 . will try to change this on the weekend. 11 June 2011 at 18:39. Tiredness will come and go. Just keep doing things steadily. I wish I had systemized things earlier! Like cooking/weighing and freezing fixed portions of rice. Once you source your food, then you are set for the program. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

The Peak Condition Project - Allan: July 2011
http://thepeakconditionproject-allan.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 5 July 2011. Doing an exercise where you need to stand on the resistence band, best to make sure it's secure. mine slipped from under my foot the this morning and the result was a mite painful. Also, tried some crossover moves during tthe skipping. didnt really go according to plan and managed to whip myself. i wonder if this would have been worse with a leather jump rope? Does this have any bearing on the decision to a buy leather jump rope? Now got a few marks Spartacus would be proud of!

Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Ready, Steady, Go! That's it. I just came back from Royal Mirage Tagine (a Moroccan restaurant) to enjoy the last meal of the old Karim. Came back and given the timezone, it is now 12 AM Dubai time. Tomorrow seems to be a little easy though i am wondering if we should do exercises during the morning or the evening. Ropes were bought couple of days back so ready to embark on this crazy journey. My colleagues are aware of this and they will be watching out carefully the blog.

http://thepeakconditionproject-fleur.blogspot.com/2011/08/complete.html
Wednesday, 31 August 2011. WOW, its over. This feels weird. I feel a bit like I'm on a come down. The past 3months have been intense, hard work, a little depressing at times, stressful, educational, liberating, triumphant, energetic, moody. a rollercoaster!
