Thursday, September 30, 2010. Been slacking on getting a ping pong ball. we'll see what I can do about that. September 30, 2010 at 5:14 AM. Blender is the way to go: just throw a carrot, an eggplant, some green something, and some sweet potato or pumpkin into a blender and smoothie away! Leave it a bit chunky, but not too much that it stresses yer teeth. Can drop in tofu for protein, sesame seeds (just a touch! For taste. Hell, drop some tuna fish into it.or that fake crabmeat stuff! I love you Jenny 3.

Saturday, September 25, 2010. Alright, day 6! Laura didn't arrive until 2 AM, so I didn't end up getting yesterday's workout done. By the time I expected to do it alone, I was far too exhausted and the vicodin had me drowsy. This morning it went great though. I did the minimum, but kept up. For jumps I was clenching my retainers. I have to say, after just sprinting to the bus, I feel ready to pass out writing this. Almost capable of chewing again, and probably just in time for the real diet!

Sunday, October 31, 2010. Day Something: on the road to Oz. I ended up skipping in a hotel corridor the other day in an effort to get some exercise in. My room was tiny, no gym in the building, and snowing outside. A couple of very odd looks from guests wandering by, but got 2 x 5 minutes skipping in. Saturday, November 13, 2010. On the road home. Just packing up in Canberra, heading to Sydney today, and then tomorrow flying back to Canada. And while it's been a fine thing to be in the same time zone as Ren and Patrick, I have to say the diet and exercise have taken a bit of a battering. "Ad hoc" would be a polite way of putting my commitment to things, which has confirmed I'm a weak, spineless man. And I've also had a lot of fun in Australia. So it's not all regret.
