Tuesday, June 1, 2010. Day 18: This close. I realised I am one day off to being kicked out from the KFB program (I had not blogged for 9 days! These days, I was mega caught up by the upcoming conference that I will be speaking at. Loads of prep to be done and I am totally tossed off from my blogging. It just hit me that a week just zipped by! Time flies, which goes to show - wait no more, pursue relentlessly towards your dream. Time and tide, waits for no one. Mental note: Commitment to consistency.

Finally, it felt better (and, let's face it, I was impatient) so I got back into the workout groove yesterday. Tense in the morning than at any other time. For forty-five days now I've been doing Strength, Agility, and Flexibility exercises and Meditation. What do I think of it all. Honestly, I don't know. I thought about comparing this program thus far to the PCP, but that's not fair. The PCP is a refined program. The PCP has had time to mature. The KFB is in Beta stage. Bring on the next 45 days.
