The Peak Condition Project - Alex: Day 81
http://thepeakconditionproject-alex.blogspot.com/2010/05/day-81.html
Thursday, May 20, 2010. Whew Finals week is next week. And it's been a pretty busy week in preparation. What was that phrase again? I think that would characterize this point in my journey. Both in school and the project. I spent 9 hours (mostly consecutive) of Wednesday working on a bunch of history homework i put off till the last minute, though i got some 8 min abs and the jumproping in first thing after i woke up. A great deal of uncertainty clouds my Summer, but i feel i can go confidently at least,...

Friday, April 30, 2010. Day 61 - Band wisdom 4. 4 - eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. They not only taste great, they are nutrient dense foods containing many vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and fiber protecting you from the aging effects of free radiacals. People were talking today about how I look. It is pleasant. I go zen early and often. Doctor gave me some B vitamin today. What si the PCP verdict on that. She has been a good source historically. The Peak Condition Project -Pam: Day 18
http://thepeakconditionproject-pam.blogspot.com/2010/03/day-18.html
Thursday, March 18, 2010. It's really been more than a week since I last posted. It's been a rough week with lots of things that needed to be done and a friend in crisis. I really appreciate all of your comments in the last post. Thanks for being there! I also went to the Asian food market and got some spring roll wraps, so this weekend I'm going to try to make spring rolls. I hope they are as good as I'm making them out to be in my head. The Peak Condition Project - Renfield: August 2010
http://thepeakconditionproject-renfield.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, August 4, 2010. Headed down to Patrick's House of Pain for a post- PCP visit. He should me some new ways to torture my muscles, like hand-stand-push-ups-into-80's-break-dancing-snake and YODO Abs. Also got a taste of Kung-Fu Body, which is going to, pardon the pun, kick ass! Probably start that after our family vacation to SF later this month. Will be nice and fattened up and slothful after two weeks in the states! Not bad at all, considering how much I binged this past weekend for my birthday.

The Peak Condition Project - Renfield: February 2010
http://thepeakconditionproject-renfield.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 28, 2010. Trying not to think too much about what's coming up.but I am most certainly curious. Not sure what my Peak Condition really is, but I do know I will do my damnest to get as close to is as possible. Or, to put a truly zen spin on it, what I do is what I do, and whatever shape I become I guess IS my Peak Condition. Then again that sounds like an excuse for not trying very hard. Gotta spend time with the family. Would rather sleep than exercise. I'm in good enough shape anyway.

Friday, August 20, 2010. Fun pushup sets and running. I have been doing fun push up sets - all you need is the curb on the street. I do a set of incline 25 this week - I would like to see if I could get to 50. Then I go for my run. When I get back as I am cooling down I get parrallel to the street - one hand on the curb and one hand on the street and do what seem like lopsided pushups 0 I then go to the other side of the street and repeat -. The final set in a decline set. Then I do 8MA and am done.

Tuesday, April 13, 2010. A quick post to let y'all know I'm still here! Sorry for the hit and run post! Saturday, April 3, 2010. The weather has been absolutely beautiful and I've been doing a lot of walking. I'm just back from the produce store and I have a fridge full of delicious things to eat. I'm hoping to get in my 1400 jumps tomorrow and get rolling again. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). What is the Peak Condition Project?

The Peak Condition Project - Alex: Day 88
http://thepeakconditionproject-alex.blogspot.com/2010/05/day-88.html
Thursday, May 27, 2010. Apparently Indra couldn't decide on what the weather should be today, and neither have i. My last day of school today. Like the weather, it shifted from slightly sunny to lightning bolts, and back again. It was good to see my friends and teachers one last time. I hope for many that it's not the last. Spent some of my day in limbo, some in discourse, and some in conversation. Almost no studying, and of course my Latin and History finals, respectively. Best of luck on your day 88's.
