Monday, May 30, 2011. Time to Nail this and Singapore suprise. Apols for not attending to the blog for the last week but its been quite a manic time! I blame work most times, but the workouts have gotten longer, had friends in town and a great weekend in Singapore has kept me away from the laptop at home! But its def getting better. The weight loss has stopped and am actually up 1kg but am chilled in the paddock! More inches off the waist and am feeling good and a lot more fit. May 31, 2011 at 11:01 AM.

Wednesday, June 8, 2011. After some very lackluster days. have woken up and just smashed the last 3. Back is feeling a lot better and the skipping is feeling very natural now. I had pizza for my indulgence! Not gonna lie it tasted good -but the sleep that followed was horrific, not sure if this was the cheese, salt . body felt out of kilter! Found last week that the workouts were running into time I was usually cooking or prepping food for the next day, and pushed it into the next day interrupting my usual slow start to the day I enjoy. Uploaded my pic's and measured up, still dropping, almost in free fall! But still the abs still not showing through. Weight: 79.5 (down 2 kg). Waist: 91.5 (down 1cm). Chest: 103 (no change).

Monday, June 27, 2011. Day 73: Mastering Jumps. I did full 18mins continuous jumps this evening in the darkness. I was in the "zone" so jumped through last 10mins without rope getting caught. Saturday, October 2, 2010. What I've learned - pt. 1 - food. So I'm done. I still can't believe that I made it. I've been so hungry. The fiber is an amazing wonder. Before doing pcp, I was aware in an abstract way that food is the body's fuel and that what you eat affects how you feel, but since I'd always been eating the same things I couldn't really see how better food makes you feel better.
