The Kung Fu Body - Renfield: git some!
http://thekungfubody-renfield.blogspot.com/2010/12/git-some.html
Thursday, December 9, 2010. Did my weekly workout with Patrick: awesomeness. Knocked out the first set of 10 pull-ups easy, the next 10 doable, and the last 10 to utter failure. Words cannot describe the awesomeness of a solid core. Past couple weeks I have been walking to and from work; 45 minutes each way. Tonight I walked home (munching on a baked sweet potato), after running 3 klicks and doing my KFB workout at the gym. Yup" he replied. " Day 85. Thought so. I'm KFB.". December 9, 2010 at 3:56 AM.

The Kung Fu Body - Renfield: Jumpkicks suck
http://thekungfubody-renfield.blogspot.com/2010/12/jumpkicks-suck.html
Thursday, December 9, 2010. More accurately: I suck at jump kicks. Especially near six minutes of. Them, particularly when combod with a starting kick. I guess technically I am jump kicking, because both feet are in fact. Off the ground at the same time for a very, very split second. Then again, is it really a jump if my head stays at the same height. Would be cooler if I could claim to be doing that on. Purpose. Sadly that is not the case. With honey. And cinnamon. The Kung Fu Body - Renfield: Initial final thoughts
http://thekungfubody-renfield.blogspot.com/2010/12/initial-final-thoughts.html
Friday, December 17, 2010. Afterwards we checked progress: vertical jump higher by several centimeters, flexibility way, way up, core solid with abs and torso feeling solid and looking good. The real test will be tomorrow, when I take my promotion exam. Been gearing up for it all year, and in fact one of the main reasons I started pcp and kfb was to be prepared for this test. Will write more about it tomorrow, but I already know that pass or fail I will never be more prepared than I am now.

The Kung Fu Body - Renfield: day one...again
http://thekungfubody-renfield.blogspot.com/2010/09/its-on.html
Monday, September 20, 2010. I feel like we have seen this movie before. It was a few short months ago when I finished PCP. So here we are, ready to get it on again. The main goal is simple: I wanna look good nekkid. I want my six pack back. Had it looking pretty good at the end of. PCP, want it again and forever. Wanna knock out 10 pull-ups straight. Doesn't have to be easy or. Anything, just consistently doable. 10 hand-stand pushups. I doubt I can balance like Patrick, so. Against a wall is fine. A 90 ...

The Kung Fu Body - Mikhael: Day 7
http://thekungfubody-mikhael.blogspot.com/2010/09/day-7.html
Sunday, September 26, 2010. Gotta buy a ball tonight for the punching test. Did the full ten minutes of stretches today. My friend Laura was visiting and I had her try, but she had to stop after five. The meditation was nice, it was enjoyable to sit and think for a full ten minutes and I found myself stop thinking about the time after a while. Leave me some motivation and insight, dudes! http://thekungfubody-michaels.blogspot.com/2010/11/messy-november.html
Tuesday, November 23, 2010. OK folks. I know I'm silent, but I'm still here. First, kudos and deep bow to Ren, Jen and Pen, I mean Patrick, for showing up so regularly here. I appreciate that. I'm now waiting to fly back from the UK, where I've just been attending the funeral of my friend Anton. Back in Canada for 3 days, before flying back to the UK for some previously scheduled client work. In fact Patrick, seriously, is that something I should do? November 24, 2010 at 2:53 PM.
